GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!
We are happy to announce the upcoming implementation of a buyback and burn mechanism for our DCB token. Some of you might be familiar with this. For everyone else: here’s a quick summary: From February on, a portion of our tokens will be repurchased from the market and burned, reducing its total supply.
Why now?
The past year has emphasized the value of community management, and we’ve been actively looking at ways to improve on this amidst these shaky market circumstances. Buyback and burn is an efficient way for us to shed light actively on our token supply and acts - most importantly - as a means of showing our appreciation to you all, as loyal Decubate investors.
Once it’s officially implemented, we’ll share an update on how much is burned. We’ll do this through Telegram and a widget on the website, which is being built.
